G&W Hotel is a solid partnership of hotel development and management, which is located in Rome. The company proposes itself to the real estate market, ready to produce projects, feasibility, studies and give direct management of the hotels.
It originated from Walter and Gregorio Pecoraro’s idea, which symbolizes the Italian independent hotel business, with 35 years of experience in the hotel management field. Among the forerunners of innovative formulas of management, in 1991 they introduced for the first time the French brand “Logis”.
Today G&W Hotels manages:

• Courtyard by Marriott Rome Airport Hotel
• DoubleTree by Hilton - Milan
G&W Hotels objective is to develop its activities of hotel management in the major Italian cities, through franchising agreements with the main international brands.
It is an ever-growing business which considers operative-economic investment needs based on location, and on the customer’s target.
With this in mind, G&W Hotels has negotiated agreements with prestigious hotel chains.
G&W Hotels, to continue to develop and spread its international brands, has been created in order to implement projects required by management representatives interested in investments in the hotel field. G&W Hotels take its inspiration from the “multibrand” model which offers:

• Distribution of the offer on the different markets
• Ability to manage structures with different dimensions
• Differentiation to limit the risk of the business
